More Than Just Piano Lessons
At our studio, we believe that learning the piano is just one part of a deeper, richer artistic journey. That’s why our program goes beyond teaching scales and technique—we cultivate well-rounded individuals who understand the full context of the music they play.
Our lessons integrate music history, visual arts, and stylistic exploration, helping students draw meaningful connections between what they hear, what they see, and what they feel. By exploring how music interacts with visual expression, historical movements, and different cultural styles, students gain a broader perspective and a more intuitive understanding of their instrument.
Whether they’re interpreting a classical sonata or experimenting with modern compositions, students are encouraged to think creatively, listen deeply, and appreciate music as part of a larger artistic world.
This isn’t just piano instruction—it’s a full-spectrum arts education designed to inspire thoughtful, expressive, and culturally aware musicians.

At our studio, music is meant to be shared and celebrated. Throughout the year, students have several exciting opportunities to perform, grow, and be recognized for their progress and dedication.
Held every December, this joyful annual tradition gives students the chance to share holiday music in a festive setting with family and friends.
Our spring recital marks the end of the school year with a formal performance, followed by a diploma presentation and an awards ceremony.

Group sessions focused on musical history and its connection to other forms of art, encouraging creativity and deeper appreciation of music.
Curriculum
The level of the program is adjusted to each student’s personal ambitions, talents and ability to practice. Those who have limited time for practicing go through the program at a slower pace, so that the quality is not compromised.
Ms. Bajon’s piano curriculum is based on classical music; however, her program includes popular and seasonal songs as well. Ms. Bajon introduces the basic knowledge of styles in music, architecture and visual arts. Gradually, as students make progress in playing the piano, they learn about styles in arts and various music periods.
SUMMER EXTRA CURRICULUM PROGRAM
Over the summer, older students are able to participate in field trips to Art Museums to learn how to critically assess oil paintings. Trips to the Ravinia Music Festival are also offered in the summer months to provide an opportunity to appreciate classical music.
Master Class and Recital
During the fall semester students participate in Master Classes on various topics including; the lives of famous composers, basic styles in music and architecture as well as discussions on how to practice efficiently.
In December there is a Christmas Carols Recital with stories, singing and playing.
Once a year, children participate in a Master Class in which they play for each other and learn to express their opinions by using musical terminology and positive criticism. The Master Class takes place about one week before the annual Grand Recital, which is performed on stage in a separate venue. Children play individual pieces as well as four-hand duets. An Award Ceremony follows the recital, and each child receives a diploma certifying the achievements.
